APERTIF
Lillet Blanc, NV
This Classic French Aperitif has been made in the village of Podensac,
20 miles south of Bordeaux, since 1887. The finest wines are blended
with herbs and fruit. It is served chilled or on the rocks with an orange slice or peel.
WHITES & ROSE
Château Haut Rian Bordeaux Sec 2007
A dry sauvignon blanc from Bordeaux. Subtle citrus flavor, textured.
Domaine De La Pepiere, Sur Lie, Muscadet 2007
A concentrated, dry white from the Loire Valley's top
Muscadet producer, especially good with seafood.
Wyatt Chardonnay 2007
This is a bold dry California Chardonnay. The blend is 20% Monterey
which contributes texture, 35% Yolo County contributing ripe sweet juice
and 45% Mendocino County which adds crisp minerality.
Barone Fini Pinot Grigio 2007
Pale straw and almost clear in color with a creamy texture.
This dry Pinot has subtle cirtus notes and mineral with good acidity and a nice clean finish.
Montcigale d’Aix en Provence Rosé 2008
Aromatic with nuances of tangerine, this is a full, elegant
and refreshing dry rose that is pure sunshine in a bottle.

Domaine Barry, Côte du Rhône, 2007
From Southern Rhone this wine has notes of spice and rasberry fruit aplenty.
The blend is composed predominately of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Mourvedre adding depth of color and spice.

A fabulous introduction to the myriad of pleasures and complexities that is Burgundian Pinot Noir.
Spicy red fruits lead on to a firm well rounded palate.
Château Pericou Bordeaux Superieur 2000
This medium to full bodied 2000 Bordeaux, is perhaps the greatest vintage
Bordeaux has ever produced. Notes of plums and black forest fruits.
Wyatt Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
A serious and bold Cabernet. The juice is from some of California’s finest
terroirs with a small amount of ultra-premium Napa fruit.
This wine has amazing backbone and spice.
Joseph Drouhin Beaujolais Nouveau, 2009
Deep purple in colour. The aromas evoke cherries and blackberries.
The first wines show a very velvety and silky style.
They are round, rich, without any tannic character.
